There is a lot to like in this lamp - sleek silver color, bright light, flexible neck, stable. The size of the spot depends on the height of the lamp. The closer the head is to the work surface, the smaller is the spot. I wish it was a bit taller and capable of a larger spot. Then it would be perfect. But the price is great and it is useful as a spot light.
Good quality LED type lamp, very bright, BUT very directed light focus where the lamp head is pointed. Good book reading, studying, or computer surfing light. DOES NOT do a great job lighting up a room....more of a bright reading light.
